Ben is a very nice person,he is very kind and friendly to me.He never bargaining the price what we quoted,so I just try me best to do what I can do for him from his sample orders to the bulk order,since I know he is unwell know the fabric and artwork technique,and he is the marketing manager in his company and also a final buyer.
In our first PK,he gave me a big support in the last day of PK,althought I haven’t finished the PK target,but I so moving for his help.So I promised that I will provide the best quality products to him,but unfortunately we printed his Logo in the wrong place.I’m felt very sorry and regreted about him,then I wrote several emails to say sorry,he forgived our mistake and agreed to accept the discount of the shiping cost.
For the dresses order he was very satisfied and send me a very nice photo to say thank you for us.I’m very appreciated to him and hope we can do business again in the near future.
